      <image:title>Home old - Make it stand out</image:title>
<image:caption>We all have experienced loss of one type or another. Sometimes loss barely catches our attention, while at other times, it splits our world completely and irrevocably into pieces. In between those extremes, loss impacts us in ways that are as unique and as complex as we each are unique and complex. ~Steve Johnson, co-founder of PathLights, LLC.</image:caption>

<image:caption>It’s reasonable to suppose that everyone on the planet experienced a significant loss of some kind during the COVID pandemic. It’s just as reasonable to let this supposition guide us toward compassionate relationships with each other. - (Ashley Johnson, PathLights Team Member)</image:caption>

<image:caption>All losses can be held and integrated when a caring presence companions us. That’s why we can be PathLights for each other. When one of us is stuck in an unhelpful path, we need direction, but more importantly a new set of lenses--that’s the light we can offer to each other. <image:title>Meet the Team - Steve Johnson, Co-founder</image:title>
<image:caption>Steve has spent his career working with companies and organizations that were focused on making people’s lives better. He has led and/or launched a number of for-profit and non-profit companies, and facilitated projects with artists and indigenous people groups in the US and around the world. Currently, he works as a Dir. of Communications for UBC Houston and most recently, has served as a founding partner and Exec. Dir. of the Acute Loss Center. “Through my work at the Acute Loss Center, which is primarily focused on funeral industry professionals, I became keenly aware of the broader need for resources and education about loss. That led me to partner with Dan Garrison to launch PathLights. While we need support and resources when we lose a loved one, the impacts of other types of loss can be easily overlooked. Dan and I are thrilled to have a marvelous team of professionals working with us to develop new resources and training that will share light and hope through the unavoidable human experience of loss.”</image:caption>

<image:title>Meet the Team (Copy) - Steve Johnson, Co-founder</image:title>

When one of us is stuck in an unhelpful path, we need direction, but more importantly a new set of lenses--that’s the light we can offer to each other.
